Sponsored Session/Thought LeadershipWill your package include a sponsored session?(Required) Yes No Session Title(Required)Abstract(Required)Proposed Speakers(Required)NameTitleEmail Address Add RemovePromotional & Compliance Acknowledgements Sponsor/Vendor Liability Waiver — America’s Next Top Injector™ SPONSOR/VENDOR — AMERICA’S NEXT TOP INJECTOR™ Sponsor Liability Waiver & Commitment Agreement This Sponsor Liability Waiver & Commitment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between America’s Next Top Injector, LLC (“ANTI,” “Event Organizer”), a Maryland limited liability company, and the undersigned sponsor (“Sponsor”). Sponsorship Commitment Sponsor agrees to provide financial support to ANTI for the America’s Next Top Injector™ Competition scheduled for January 23, 2026 (the “Event”). The benefits associated with each sponsorship level are described in ANTI’s Sponsorship Prospectus, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Payment Terms Full sponsorship payment is due within 30 days of signing this Agreement unless otherwise specified in writing by ANTI. Sponsorship payments are non-refundable, regardless of Sponsor’s later withdrawal, cancellation, or inability to participate. Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in loss of sponsorship benefits, removal from event materials, and potential legal action for breach of contract. ANTI Commitments ANTI will deliver the sponsorship benefits outlined for Sponsor’s selected level, including but not limited to logo placement, marketing recognition, event-day presence, and promotional opportunities. ANTI reserves the right to adjust event programming, logistics, or marketing timelines at its sole discretion, provided that Sponsor receives benefits substantially similar to those promised. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Sponsor releases and discharges ANTI, its officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and sponsors from any claims or liability arising out of: Event modifications, postponement, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond ANTI’s control (including force majeure events such as acts of God, government orders, pandemics, or venue closures). Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. ANTI’s liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of sponsorship fees actually paid by Sponsor. Intellectual Property & Branding Sponsor grants ANTI a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sponsor’s name, logo, and trademarks in marketing and promotional materials related to the Event. Sponsor acknowledges that such use is without compensation beyond the agreed sponsorship benefits. Governing Law & Venue This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be the state and federal courts located in Howard County, Maryland. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable under Maryland law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Sponsor and ANTI with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
