Judge Participation Waiver & Release of Liability
This Judge Participation Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between
America’s Next Top Injector, LLC (“ANTI,” “Event Organizer”), a Maryland limited liability company,
and the undersigned Judge (“Judge”). By signing this Agreement, Judge acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
Participation Commitment
Judge agrees to serve as a judge at the America’s Next Top Injector™ Competition scheduled for January 23, 2026 in
Baltimore, Maryland (the “Event”). Judge accepts the responsibilities, time commitments, and promotional requirements,
including but not limited to social media participation as directed by ANTI. Judge grants ANTI the unrestricted right to use
their name, image, likeness, and professional credentials in connection with marketing, promotional, and event-related materials.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Judge understands and voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in the Event.
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Judge releases, waives, and forever discharges ANTI, its officers, members,
employees, contractors, agents, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, costs,
or liability of any kind arising from or relating to Judge’s participation in the Event. This release includes, without limitation,
claims for personal injury, property damage, defamation, invasion of privacy, or other harm.
Non-Disparagement
Judge agrees not to make or publish any false, defamatory, or disparaging statements, whether oral, written, or electronic,
regarding ANTI, its organizers, sponsors, competitors, or affiliates. This obligation is intended to protect ANTI’s reputation
and goodwill and shall survive termination of Judge’s participation indefinitely.
Confidentiality
Judge agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained in connection with the Event, including
but not limited to judging methods, scoring processes, behind-the-scenes operations, and competitor information.
No Compensation or Claims
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, Judge acknowledges that participation is voluntary and that no wages,
benefits, or compensation are promised, unless otherwise agreed upon with written confirmation of terms via email from ANTI
administrator. Judge waives any right to bring claims for compensation, damages, or reimbursement against ANTI arising from
participation in the Event.
Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to
conflict of laws principles. The parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising under this
Agreement shall be the state and federal courts located in Howard County, Maryland.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable under Maryland law, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Judge and ANTI with respect to the subject matter herein and
supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
