Spectator & Gala Participant Waiver of Liability
This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into between
America’s Next Top Injector, LLC (“ANTI,” “Event Organizer”), a Maryland limited liability company,
and the undersigned attendee (“Participant”). By signing this Agreement, Participant acknowledges,
understands, and agrees to the following:
Nature of Event
Participant is voluntarily attending the America’s Next Top Injector™ Competition and Gala scheduled
for January 23, 2026 in Baltimore, Maryland (the “Event”). The Event includes live demonstrations of
aesthetic medical procedures, educational sessions, entertainment, and social gatherings.
Assumption of Risk
Participant understands that live injectable procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to
exposure to medical equipment, demonstrations of needles and related devices, and potential incidental
contact with medical supplies. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance,
including but not limited to: slips, falls, allergic reactions (e.g., food, latex), exposure to cosmetic products,
or other unforeseen incidents.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Participant hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges
ANTI, its officers, members, employees, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims,
demands, or causes of action for: personal injury, illness, or property damage sustained during the Event,
emotional distress or discomfort associated with viewing live medical procedures, any incidental or
consequential damages. Participant understands and agrees that ANTI is not providing medical care or
treatment to spectators.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, Participant authorizes ANTI to seek appropriate medical care at
Participant’s expense. Participant acknowledges they are responsible for carrying their own health insurance
coverage.
Conduct & Compliance
Participant agrees to follow all rules, instructions, and safety protocols provided by ANTI staff, venue
personnel, and event security. ANTI reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive,
unsafe, or inappropriate without refund of admission fees.
Media Release
Participant grants ANTI the right to photograph, film, and record their presence at the Event and to use
their likeness for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation.
Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland,
without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
state and federal courts located in Howard County, Maryland.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable under Maryland law, the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, Participant affirms that they have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily
accept the terms of this Waiver.
